Such a fan of Scents of Wood and beyond excited to be a part of this fun and super-creative NFT fragrance project they are doing! I received my first "NFT1" last week and have been wearing it for a few days now. It's a wonderfully complementary fragrance for this late Spring and coming Summer months and will also be nice during later Summer, just before Fall kicks in, too.

The top notes are energetic and bright with a hefty dose of green accord that's expanded by a floral burst. Not floral as in white or roses, but the type of floral that imparts a warm aromatic green scent. The initial notes soon take a back seat with the dry down revealing what seems to be an ambery musk. To be honest, while I don't know the notes, I am not finding any citrus notes here, as another reviewer does. Maybe it's the floral note that reminds you of citrus, but it does not seem to be citrus. I am reminded of the many sage and aromatic flowers that impart a citrusy aroma...and if I was betting, I'd say that's what's going on here. As you continue to wear this fragrance, it even goes a tad animalic. Just a tad, though! And not in a negative or stanky way...it's a lighter warm musk with the slightest, barely detectable sweetness (no, not a gourmand...but a sprinkle of sweet lightness that delicately shines or sparkles through).

This is absolutely a unisex fragrance where the initial top notes decidedly do not dry down as a feminine fragrance. If anything, I would say NFT1 leans masculine in the dry down, certainly more masculine than feminine. And saying NFT1 leans masculine does not in any way lessen this fragrance's genderless wearability. Perfect lighter enticing creation for warmer sunshiny loungy or active days!
